If you want smooth operations, send:

  • Estimated headcount
  • Serving window (how long you want service running)
  • Any must-hit timing constraints (speeches, ceremonies, halftime, etc.)

Helpful notes for hosts:

  • A shorter serving window is fine, but it increases line density.
  • If you have a hard stop time, tell us. The grill can work with deadlines.
  • If you need a menu emphasis (more chili options, more no-bun options, kid-friendly defaults), include that too.
